By accessing or using the Play My Game platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Play My Game ("we", "us", "our").
Play My Game is a game promotion and discovery platform for Roblox. We provide a marketing service that connects game developers ("Developers") with players ("Players"). Developers purchase game promotion packages to gain exposure for their Roblox games. Players discover and play listed games, and may earn reward points ("Tokens") as part of our loyalty rewards program. Play My Game is not a financial service, currency exchange, or payment platform. Tokens are loyalty reward points with no cash value.
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use the Service. Users between 13 and 17 years old must have consent from a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. Redemption of Tokens for gift card rewards is available only to users aged 18 or older. Users under 18 may accumulate Tokens but may not redeem them without a parent or guardian completing the redemption on their behalf.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep this information up to date. Each individual may only maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts, sharing accounts, or using another person's account is prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination of all associated accounts.
Players may earn Tokens by completing game tasks, which involve playing listed Roblox games for a verified minimum playtime as tracked by our verification system. Tokens are loyalty reward points issued at our sole discretion. Tokens have no monetary value, are non-transferable, cannot be purchased, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred between accounts. Tokens may be redeemed exclusively for gift cards (such as Roblox, Amazon, or Steam gift cards) subject to availability, provided the user meets the minimum age requirement of 18 for redemptions. Unused Tokens expire after 12 months of account inactivity. We reserve the right to modify Token earning rates, redemption values, available gift cards, and program rules at any time. All task completions are subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to withhold, revoke, or forfeit Tokens at our discretion if fraudulent or abusive activity is detected.
Developers may purchase game promotion packages to list their Roblox games on the platform. Promotion packages are priced in USD/EUR and represent a marketing service — payment is for game exposure and player engagement, not for the purchase of any currency or financial instrument. Developers must integrate the PlaytimeTracker script into their game for playtime verification purposes. All promotion package purchases are final and non-refundable once the listing becomes active. Unused promotion budget from paused listings may be applied to future listings at our discretion. Developers are solely responsible for ensuring their games comply with the Roblox Terms of Use and all applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms or Roblox policies.
Payments for developer promotion packages are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. All prices are displayed in USD or EUR as applicable. We are not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider. Receipts and invoices will describe the transaction as a game promotion service.
Refund Policy: All promotion package purchases are final once the listing is activated and players have begun engaging with your game. By purchasing a package and consenting to immediate service delivery, you waive the 14-day EU withdrawal right in accordance with Article 16(a) of Directive 2011/83/EU. If a listing has not yet been activated, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us.
Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider after services have been delivered constitutes a breach of these Terms. In the event of a chargeback, your account will be immediately suspended, all active listings will be paused, and we reserve the right to: (a) pursue recovery of the disputed amount plus any fees incurred; (b) permanently terminate your account; (c) report the incident to fraud prevention services; and (d) pursue legal remedies as permitted by applicable law. If you have a legitimate billing concern, you must contact us directly at contact@playmygame.net before initiating a dispute with your bank.
Play My Game is committed to preventing the use of its platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other financial crime, in compliance with EU Directive 2015/849 (AMLD) and Romanian Law 129/2019.

By using the Service, you agree to provide truthful identity information and cooperate with any verification requests. Failure to comply with verification requests may result in account suspension and forfeiture of accumulated Tokens.
Developers making purchases acknowledge that funds used to purchase promotion packages are derived from lawful sources. We reserve the right to reject or refund any transaction that we believe, in our sole discretion, may be connected to unlawful activity.
You agree not to: (a) use bots, exploits, scripts, or any form of automation to fake or inflate playtime; (b) create or operate multiple accounts; (c) attempt to manipulate, exploit, or abuse the rewards system; (d) harass, threaten, or abuse other users; (e) upload or distribute malicious code, malware, or harmful content; (f) reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service; (g) use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or terrorist financing; (h) impersonate another person or entity; (i) sell, trade, or transfer your account or Tokens to any third party; (j) circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security measures of the Service. Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all accumulated Tokens without notice.
Users who join the waitlist before the official platform launch may be eligible for early signup rewards, including bonus Tokens credited at launch. These rewards are granted at our sole discretion and are subject to the following conditions:
The Play My Game name, logo, design, platform software, business model, algorithms, features, user interface designs, and all related documentation are our intellectual property or used under license. All rights reserved. Roblox, the Roblox logo, and all Roblox game content are trademarks and property of Roblox Corporation. All other game content belongs to their respective owners. By listing a game, Developers represent and warrant that they have the right to promote the game and grant us permission to display game information on the platform. We do not claim ownership over any Developer or third-party content.
By using the Service, you agree that: (a) the design, functionality, business logic, and technical implementation of Play My Game constitute proprietary trade secrets; (b) you will not copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, or create any competing product or service substantially based on the concepts, features, or design of Play My Game; (c) you will not scrape, extract, or collect data from the platform for use in building a competing service; (d) any violation of this section entitles us to seek injunctive relief and damages, including reasonable legal fees, in the competent courts of Romania or the European Union.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, extended inactivity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination: (a) all accumulated Tokens are immediately forfeited; (b) any pending redemption requests are cancelled; (c) unused promotion budget is non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. We do not guarantee any specific number of players, amount of earnings, or level of engagement for listed games. We are not responsible for the content, quality, or safety of any listed Roblox games. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PLAY MY GAME SRL AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Play My Game and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you submit or make available through the Service.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the competent courts of Romania. For users in the European Union, this does not affect your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, you may have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. However, by purchasing a game promotion package and consenting to immediate performance of the service, you acknowledge and agree that you lose your right of withdrawal once the listing becomes active and the service has been fully performed. This is in accordance with Article 16(a) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and delete your account.
